The Mass Spectrometry and Proteomics Core at UTSA focuses on high-resolution mass spectrometry (HRMS), liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) and tandem mass spectrometry (MS/MS), to identify and characterize a range of analytes from small organic molecules to proteins and other biomolecules.
