The UTSA Genomics Core provides access to advanced genomics technologies and scientific expertise to support biomedical, biological, and translational research. Our services include sequencing, single-cell genomics, spatial transcriptomics, sample preparation, data analysis, and training.
We work closely with investigators to develop effective genomics strategies and generate reliable, reproducible results.
