UTSA Users:

ATTENTION PRINCIPAL INVESTIGATORS/RESEARCH STAFF:

Due to restricted deadlines associated with the end of the Fiscal Year, there will be a single, 1-day, review window for August 2024 charges. Please plan accordingly.

Projected Timeline

  • Monday, September 2: You will receive the month of August charges from iLab for your review.
  • Tuesday, September 3: Last day to review charges, update the changes through the online iLab System, or submit the changes to the UTSA iLab Support Team
  • Wednesday, September 4: Billing files will be sent overnight to ERP for the Accounting office to post in PeopleSoft.

Items to check during the review process

  • The charges are correct.
  • Ensure Project ID/Cost Center has not exceeded budget and has not expired.
